A week later they showed up at my house at 7:30 in the morning and completed the job the same evening and this is not a small job (about 100 bundles) Great job and a good clean up. “The team at Elite are hands down fantastic. They were responsive with emails and quotes, flexible with viewing colors and they ALWAYS gave me a long and detailed email about the products used and any questions I had. They were on time and on schedule, they were clean and tidy (covering every vulnerable window and our entire garage door, our patio, all lawn and walkways) and they were less expensive for a better quality product than anyone else! They showed up with 10+ guys at 7am and had our large roof done and cleaned up by 1pm. They moved our patio furniture for us, got every single nail and blew out the driveway, walkways and grass. They cleaned our gutters and ran the magnets through our lawn. 

They made an effort to protect our house and even roped off newly planted grass while informing the guys to be careful, and other than their nice sign out front, you would never have known they were there.  

Their install job was beautiful, with straight lines, 5-6 nails per shingle and clean straight edges. The caulking was a perfect match to our existing flashing and the fit/finish of everything is excellent. I am a very picky person when it comes to ascetics, and this company nailed it!"

"We happened upon Elite Roofing when they came to roof our neighbours across the street.  That house is a two story, high pitch roof, with a reasonably complicated roofline.  I watched in amazement  as the crew came, stripped the roof and completed the the entire job in one day, including a full and thorough clean-up and while following all safety protocols.  While they were there we had Chuck come over and completed an estimate on ours. We found the quote reasonable, so asked them to come. 

With the wet spring, we weren’t surprised when our installation date moved by a few days, but we were kept abreast of the changes.  When the crew did come, they once again quickly got down to work, covering all our plants and windows to protect against damage before stripping the old shingles.  The job required the replacement of one sheet of plywood, and were pleased when this inconvenience didn’t affect our quoted price. The job ended with the crew literally scouring the lawn and driveway for stray nails. 

We would not hesitate to recommend Elite Roofing to anybody, be they stranger, friend or family member.  They were fairly priced, prompt with communication, professional, friendly and extremely hard working.  We feel we lucked out that they came to complete a job on our street, so we could observe their work ethic first hand, and easily hire them in the process."

"We had an issue where we had water due to ice damming this past winter. Elite was the only co that was able to look at the roof and see the issue. The request for quote was addressed quickly, they were professional and pricing fair.  Elite gave us a date and actually beat their own date! The crew was efficient, polite and super clean.
